Rules of Play

We want you to have fun during your visit but please read through the rules below to help make your visit safe and fun for yourself and others:-
Yoyuba staff have access to first aid equipment and training and are there to supervise your children during play – they are not child minders and all children remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult/parent/carer.

  • No smoking anywhere on the premises.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult who must remain responsible for them at all times as Yoyuba accepts no responsibility for accidents that may occur.
  • Please do not bring your own food or drink into the centre unless for special dietary requirements.
  • No food or drink on the equipment.
  • We advise long sleeves and trousers should be worn to prevent slide burns.
  • Socks should be worn at all times.
  • We advise no jewellery, watches, mobile phones or any sharp objects should be taken on to the equipment (even in pockets) they may be lost or present a hazard to others.
  • Yoyuba does not accept responsibility for any personal belongings lost or damaged on the premises or in the car park during your visit.
  • Yoyuba reserves the right to refuse entry at any time and to ask any person or persons to leave the premises without prior warning or reason. Violent, disruptive and abusive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated towards other customers or team members.
  • The play equipment is maintained to a high safety standard and Yoyuba cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries that may occur during play on our equipment (inside or out) or for children tripping, falling and bumping into each other or fixed objects.
